tasting note

Leaf Appearance - The dry leaves are whole and long, presenting a handsome, nearly black appearance. They are neatly twisted and feature a generous scattering of golden, velvety tips, which speaks to a meticulous, high-standard plucking process. Infusion -When infused, the leaves unfurl to a beautiful coppery color, displaying the uniformity of oxidation. The aroma is immediately evident, offering a delightful sweet nose.

Liquor & Taste -The brewed tea delivers an inviting orangish cup with remarkable clarity—the bottom is easily visible. The flavor profile is centered on the distinct sweet and floral character signature to the P312 cultivar. It is mellow and wonderfully smooth on the palate, concluding with a prolonged, satisfying aftertaste.
