From the Turzum Tea Estate, the Oolong is a standout second flush tea. Hand-plucked and crafted from the P312 cultivar, this tea has a slight coloury liquor with a depth of spicy and fruity flavours. The leaf is loosely rolled with pale yellow tips, and the coppery bright infusion offers a bouquet with an intense spicy nose, making it a memorable brew. This Darjeeling summer tea is perfect for those who enjoy rich, complex flavours.

Use filtered or bottled water. Heat the water up to 95°C. Put in 2.5 g of loose tea for every cup (180 ml). Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain into a cup and serve.
