BREWING INTRUCTIONS

SKU: T/EX25/OOLONG/25
This spring harvest oolong from Darjeeling’s Turzum Estate is partially oxidised to preserve both freshness and complexity. Carefully plucked from select AV2 bushes during the early days of first flush, the leaves undergo minimal handling to retain their natural sweetness. The result is a soft, floral tea with gentle stone fruit notes and a smooth, honeyed finish—an elegant bridge between green and black teas.
