Turzum Tea Estate lies in the Rungbong Valley, bordered by the famed Sungma garden. Known for its high elevation, misty climate, and clonal varietals, Turzum produces some of the finest spring teas in Darjeeling. The estate’s meticulous plucking standards and artisanal processing methods result in teas that are both nuanced and elegant. Turzum Moonlight is one such limited batch, evoking the ethereal freshness of the Himalayan spring.

BREWING INTRUCTIONS

Use filtered or bottled water. Heat the water up to 95°C. Put in 2.5 g of loose tea for every cup (180 ml). Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain into a cup and serve.
