ABOUT THE GARDEN

Turzum Tea Estate, established in the early 1900s, is nestled in the picturesque Mirik Valley of Darjeeling, sharing its legacy with the adjacent Sungma Estate. Located at altitudes between 1,100 and 1,600 metres, Turzum’s AV2 clonal bushes are hand-tended with meticulous care. BREWING INTRUCTIONS

Use filtered or bottled water. Heat the water up to 95°C. Put in 3 gms of loose tea for every cup (180 ml). Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain into a cup and serve.

Leaf: Dark leaves blended with tea blossoms.

Liquor: Floral, milkwood, with sweetness of cognac and caramel.

Infusion: Sweet, floral, with molasses and milkwood flowers.
