ABOUT THE GARDEN

Risheehat Tea Estate is located in one of the most beautiful valleys famous for growing the best organic teas. The estate, established by British planters in the mid-19th century, was originally known as Tsering Bagan. Acquired by Jayshree Tea in 1955, it produces over 180 tonnes of certified bio-organic teas annually.

BEST TIME TO DRINK

Any Time

BREWING INTRUCTIONS

Use filtered or bottled water.
Heat the water up to 95°C.
Put in 2.5 g of loose tea for every cup (180 ml).
Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
Strain into a cup and serve.

Leaf: Greenish whole leaf with a lot of tips and fairly rolled.

Liquor: Light and bright greenish liquor.

Infusion: Bright green with a flowery nose.
