tasting note

I. Dry Leaf Analysis-The dry leaf presentation of this Puttabong invoice is exceptionally refined, displaying a color palette that shifts from a deep forest green to a vibrant lush greenish hue. The leaves are expertly twisted yet remain perfectly intact, showcasing a high degree of manufacturing finesse. A notable feature is the presence of velvety silvery buds, which lend a luxurious texture and visual contrast to the batch, signaling a high-quality clonal selection.

II. Infusion Upon awakening, the infusion settles into a consistent olive green appearance. The olfactory profile is dominated by a clean, evocative aroma of steamed beans. This "green" clarity is a testament to a precise firing process that has successfully locked in the freshness of the spring harvest without overpowering the delicate primary aromatics.

III. Liquor Assessment-The liquor is a brilliant, luminous sunlight gold, possessing a crystalline transparency in the cup. The initial notes are remarkably fruit-forward and fresh, with a sweetness reminiscent of green tender jujube. This evolves into a crisp, vegetal character akin to raw tender beans.A delicate, sweet white daisy note provides a soft floral top-note, adding an air of spring elegance to the mid-palate.The experience concludes with the sweet side of astringency. The finish is brisk and lively, leaving a clean, mouth-watering sweetness that lingers long after the sip.
