Grown at an altitude of 3500–4000 ft, this elegant first flush tea is crafted under the expertise of Mr. Umesh Rakhecha. The leaves are delicately hand-plucked, ensuring only fine AV2 clonal shoots are selected for optimal quality and character.
Produced on 19th March 2026, the tea undergoes 16 hours of withering (63%), followed by gentle rolling and light fermentation (1.5 minutes), and is carefully dried at 240°F. Each batch is meticulously hand-sorted, preserving its finesse and clarity.
Balasun EX20/26 – First Flush 2026 is a delicately hand-plucked AV2 clonal tea from 3500–4000 ft, offering a bright yellow cup with soft floral notes, a gentle fruity aroma, and a smooth, clean finish.

Use filtered or bottled water.
Heat the water to 95°C.
Put in 2.5 g of loose tea for every cup (180 ml).
Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
Strain into a cup and serve.
Leaf: Greenish leaves with attractive silver tips .
Liquor:A bright yellow, lively cup with excellent clarity.
The cup offers delicate floral notes complemented by a soft fruity nose. It is exceptionally smooth and well-balanced, with a clean, refreshing finish and gentle natural sweetness.
