Grown at an altitude of 3500–4000 ft, this delicate first flush from Balasun reflects the finesse of careful craftsmanship under the guidance of Mr. Umesh Rakhecha. The leaves are meticulously hand-plucked, ensuring only the finest AV2 clonal shoots are selected.

Processed on 19th March 2026, the tea undergoes 16 hours of withering (63%), followed by gentle rolling and light fermentation (1.5 minutes), and carefully dried at 240°F. Each batch is manually sorted with precision, preserving its quality and elegance.

BEST TIME TO DRINK

Early Morning (6:30 AM – 9:00 AM) – Ideal Time

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

Use filtered or bottled water.

Heat the water to 95°C.

Put in 2.5 g of loose tea for every cup (180 ml).

Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes.

Strain into a cup and serve.

Leaf -The leaves appear greenish with well-defined silver tips, indicating careful plucking and fine leaf selection. The dry aroma is fresh and inviting, with hints of spring blossoms, green herbs, and a light fruity sweetness

Liquor - The infusion yields a bright yellow liquor, clear and radiant, reflecting both freshness and precise processing. On the palate, the tea opens with delicate floral notes, followed by a light fruity character that adds liveliness to the cup. The AV2 cultivar brings a refined smoothness and natural sweetness, balanced by a mild crispness.The body is light to medium, with a silky, clean mouthfeel. Subtle vegetal undertones provide structure without overshadowing the tea’s floral-fruity harmony.
