The estate spans 117.99 hectares, with a high-density plantation of 42,480 plants per hectare, using 100% clonal material of exceptional quality. Use filtered or bottled water. Heat the water up to 95°C. Put in 2.5 g of loose tea for every cup (180 ml). Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain into a cup and serve.
