tasting note

Leaf-The dry leaf is fine and wiry, neatly twisted with a mix of olive green and light brown hues, interspersed with silvery tips. It carries a fresh, spring-like aroma with gentle notes of hay, green leaves, and a faint floral lift. The appearance reflects careful early-season plucking and light handling.
Liquor- The infusion produces a bright, clear golden liquor with high brilliance. On the nose, it is soft and aromatic, offering delicate floral tones—white blossoms and hints of meadow freshness. The palate is light-bodied yet brisk, with a refined balance of floral high notes, mild vegetal sweetness, and a touch of unripe fruit. The cup is clean, elegant, and refreshing, with a gentle astringency that adds structure without harshness.

Infusion-The infused leaves open out evenly, revealing tender, well-processed two leaves and a bud. The colour remains predominantly green with light coppery edges, indicating controlled oxidation. The aroma from the wet leaf is fresh and vegetal with soft floral undertones, echoing the cup profile and highlighting the tea’s early spring character and China cultivar finesse.
