tasting note
Leaf:The dry leaf is composed predominantly of long, slender, downy silver tips with occasional light green tender leaves. The appearance is soft and velvety, indicative of careful bud selection. The aroma is delicate yet expressive—sweet and creamy with notes of fresh hay, white blossoms, and a faint hint of ripe orchard fruit.
Liquor:The infusion yields a pale champagne to light golden liquor with a luminous clarity. On the nose, it opens with gentle floral notes—jasmine and white lily—intertwined with soft honeyed sweetness. The palate is smooth and rounded, offering layered flavours of nectar, ripe pear, and subtle stone fruit, balanced by a creamy mouthfeel. A faint muscatel-like nuance adds depth, while the absence of bitterness keeps the cup exceptionally refined and soothing.
Infusion :The infused leaves unfurl gracefully, revealing plump, intact buds with occasional tender leaf. The colour ranges from light olive to pale copper at the edges, reflecting minimal and precise oxidation. The wet leaf aroma is fresh, sweet, and slightly fruity, with soft floral undertones, mirroring the cup and highlighting the elegance of moonlight-style white tea manufacture.
