In a pan, roast almonds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. You can add a tablespoon of ghee or olive oil. Once it cools down, add walnuts, dates, prunes and coconut flakes. Peanut butter toast: Peanut butter is a delicious snack as it has rich flavour, creamy texture and sweet and salty taste. It is also a good source of important nutrients.
