  This AV2 clonal variant is harvested from the Turzum Tea Estate in Darjeeling. The estate is located around 1700 metres above sea level. Only the finest tea leaves are chosen and handpicked. Then, they are dried in the morning sun. After the drying process is complete, the leaves are rolled and sorted by hand.

1. Assam Nahorhabi Second Flush Golden Tips Orthodox Black Tea 2023

This P126 Assamica clonal variety originates from the Nahorhabi Tea Estate. Located in the district of Sivasagar in Assam, this particular tea estate has been producing high quality teas for more than two centuries. To make this second flush tea, the leaves are plucked and orthodox production methods are followed.   Brewing process  

1. Darjeeling Turzum First Flush Basant Blossom Clonal Tea 2023

  To make a perfect brew of the Darjeeling Turzum First Flush Basant Blossom Clonal Tea 2023, follow the steps mentioned below.   

• Bring 240 ml of water close to boiling or at 92 degree Celsius to be exact.
• Add 2.5 grams of the tea to the hot water.
• Let the mixture steep for four and a half minutes.
• Strain and serve piping hot.

  To make the perfect cup of Assam Nahorhabi Second Flush Golden Tips Orthodox Black Tea 2023, follow the procedure as listed below -   

• Bring 240 ml of water close to boiling or to 98 degree Celsius to be exact.
• Add 2.5 grams of the tea to the hot water.
• Let the mixture steep for five minutes. 
• Strain and serve hot
