ABOUT THE GARDEN

Turzum Tea Estate, established in the early 1900s, is nestled in the picturesque Mirik Valley of Darjeeling, sharing its legacy with the adjacent Sungma Estate. BREWING INTRUCTIONS

Use filtered or bottled water. Heat the water up to 95°C. Put in 2.5 g of loose tea for every cup (180 ml). Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain into a cup and serve.

Leaf: Slender, well-sorted silvery buds with a soft downy appearance. Liquor: Pale golden-yellow cup with crystal clarity and delicate floral fragrance. Infusion: Bright greenish buds releasing sweet, mellow, and fresh floral notes with a subtle honeyed finish.
